Matt is the Sr. Pastor of On Fire Ministries in Spokane, Washington. He served for 12 years as State Representative until he retired in 2020. He is the Host of the Patriot Radio Show and is a Constitutional Attorney and decorated army combat veteran. He is married to Viktoriya who was part of the underground confessing church in the former Soviet Union. Matt led a team into Ukraine 2 weeks after the war started to rescue 60 orphans form Mariupol.
